Pasadena Flower Delivery

Downtown Apartments, Hotels & Controlled Access

Old Pasadena, Civic Center, Playhouse Village and South Lake deliveries may require a building name, unit, call-box entry, parking instructions, concierge or front-desk approval.

Huntington Health & Medical Facilities

Hospital and medical-office policies vary by patient unit and facility. Confirm flowers are permitted and provide the patient or recipient, facility, room, suite, department and phone number.

Caltech Delivery

Caltech uses multiple academic buildings, laboratories, residences and campus entrances. Include the recipient, division or department, building, campus phone number and approved receiving point.

Pasadena City College Delivery

PCC deliveries require the institution, recipient, building, department or approved receiving point. Classrooms should not be treated as direct delivery addresses.

Rose Bowl & Arroyo Seco Events

Stadium and major-event deliveries require an event contact, suite or approved venue location, security instructions and a confirmed receiving window. Event-day road controls and parking restrictions can affect access.

Convention Center, Hotels & Registered Guests

Provide the registered guest or event contact, property or venue, room or event details, arrival date and front-desk instructions. Confirm the recipient has checked in and the property will hold the arrangement.

Hillside Homes & Winding Streets

San Rafael Hills, Linda Vista and foothill neighborhoods may include narrow roads, steep driveways, gates and limited parking. Include cross streets, the correct entrance and a working recipient phone number.

Freeway Traffic, Rose Parade & Major Events

The 134 and 210 freeways, Colorado Boulevard closures, Rose Parade preparations, stadium events and large conventions can affect timing. Order early for hospital visits, campus events, hotels, memorials and scheduled services.

Sympathy flowers sent to a Pasadena home or apartment may include vase arrangements, orchids, plants, peace lilies or soft mixed bouquets. Formal tributes delivered to a church, chapel, funeral home, cemetery or memorial venue may include standing sprays, wreaths, floor baskets and other service arrangements.

Decide whether the flowers should go to the family residence or service location. Include the deceased's full name, family name, service date and time, complete address and a brief card message. For time-sensitive services or event-day traffic, order early.
